What families can expect to be charged for phone calls

The latest court developments have resulted in a partial stay of the FCC's historic October 2015 order. See our updated blog post to find out which reforms have been delayed and which reforms will move forward on schedule.

While several states have challenged the FCC's price limits, one state sent a different message by voluntarily lowering the cost of its phone calls to comply with the original ruling.

License suspension bill headed to Governor's desk

Bill H.4088, which would end driver's license suspensions for people convicted of drug offenses in Massachusetts, was unanimously approved by the House and the Senate last week. The bill now heads to Governor Charlie Baker's desk.
